Robert David Steele is the pro bono Chief Enabling Officer (CeO) of Earth Intelligence Network, a 501c3 devoted to teaching holistic analytics (HA), true cost economics (TCE), and open source everything engineering (OSEE). He has designed a PhD/DBA along the above lines, but has yet to find a university interested in radical innovation. He seeks to create an international Open Source Agency for local to global information-sharing and sense-making as well as OSEE innovation. He studied philosophy at Princeton University before becoming an artillery officer in the Marine Corps. He reached the rank of captain before resigning in 1966. Fetzer completing his his Ph.D. in 1970. Fetzer has taught at the University of Kentucky, University of Virginia and the University of South Florida. He was most recently McKnight University Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Fetzer has published over 20 books and more than 100 articles and reviews in the philosophy of science and on the theoretical foundations of computer science, artificial intelligence, and cognitive science. He has also worked closely with David Mantik, Charles Crenshaw, Ronald F. White and Jack White in producing books on the assassination of the John F. Kennedy. This has included Assassination Science (1998), Murder in Dealey Plaza (2000) and The Great Zapruder Film Hoax: Deceit and Deception in the Death of JFK (2003).

Jay was featured in the History Channel’s documentary, The Lost Book of Nostradamus and was associate producer and featured in the History Channel’s special, Nostradamus 2012. He was also featured in the documentary, Room 237, in Brad Meltzer’s Decoded, and in Jesse Ventura’s, Conspiracy Theory (TruTV). He is the co-author of The Mysteries of the Great Cross of Hendaye: Alchemy and the End of Time published by Destiny Books and A Monument to the End of Time (with Vincent Bridges).
