Live Saturday 8 pm pst 11 pm est W/ Cheryl Costa
Cheryl Costa is an upstate New York resident and a NY native, who saw her first UFO at age twelve. She’s a veteran of two military services: Air Force and the Navy. She’s a retired Information Security professional from the Aerospace Industry. She’s been a speaker at the International UFO Congress IUFOC and at the MUFON Symposium. Her live presentations are known for their frankness, humor, and a bit of theatrical flair. Since 2013, Cheryl has written the wildly popular UFO column “New York Skies” for SyracuseNewTimes.com. In her column, she shares lively accounts of New York State UFO sightings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Empire State College in Entertainment Writing.
“UFO Sightings Desk Reference: United States of America 2001-2015,” co-written by Linda Miller Costa, presents data and analysis for 100,000+ sightings of unidentified flying objects reported by individuals during the first 15 years of the 21st century. Since 1969, the government has claimed no interest in the subject, and the press and media either ignore or ridicule any mention of UFOs. Yet citizen scientists and non-governmental organizations have continued to this day the research into this important subject: this book seeks to make the hardest data available accessible to the general public, as well as other UFO researchers.
