Michael welcomes us back to another dose of The Michael Decon Program by introducing us to tonight’s topics. What prophetic warnings were given to Billy Meier in 1946? Was he right about wars, terrorism, overpopulation and environmental dangers? Tonight we will be joined by Michael Horn, the authorized American media representative for Billy Meir and a familiar voice on this program.

Mr. Horn is the producer and director of the new Billy Meier documentary, The Spiritual Teaching in Everyday Life. His other projects on this subject are the feature film DVDs And Did They Listen?, As the Time Fulfills, The Silent Revolution of Truth, and The Meier Contacts – The Key to Our Future Survival.

It seems the first twenty or thirty minutes of the show never made it to air, and the Michaels speculate on whether it was due to Russian hacking, even quite possibly Mr. Horn’s Russian mother from the nether regions.

Horn reminds us that Billy Meier, now 80 years old, has done nothing to hurt anybody, doesn’t ask for anything, doesn’t solicit for money, he puts out his information for free so that people can decide for themselves. He says there’s an “epidemic of degenerate losers,” mainly in America, people who don’t have their own lives, whose gut reaction is to attack and belittle someone who is coming forth in peace and with love.

He says the beings took a dim view of America, of our fate. We see the worst of it reflected in these low-lifes. He wonders what happened to make people this vile, epitomizing the worst in people. The abysmal lack of character, the failings of human beings who spew vile. What a waste.

He called out phonies and frauds at a UFO conference in 2008. There is a click at these events. Stanton Friedman is still in denial. Nobody in the UFO field except Meier has anything. Yet it’s opposed and oppressed in the mainstream. MUFON is going down. Open Minds is a disinformation front. None of these people have any credibility.

Michael asks Mr. Horn his thoughts on Steven Greer and Horn doesn’t hold back. He then proceeds to expose Stephen Bassett as a mouthpiece for exopolitics. He says he’s not afraid to call people phonies, specifically Neil deGrasse Tyson and Seth Shostak. Horn explains that may have been wrong about things here and there, but he has never lied.They discuss recent guest Robert David Steele and his partner, Ms. McKinnney, pedophilia and what should be done with pedophiles, the comments made by Vice President Mike Pence about Mars.
Horn reads a prophecy given to Billy Meier in 1946 about what’s coming to the various countries on earth. He says the terrorism is rooted in American policies. And in 1948, there was a prophecy about Russia and the U.S., exporting terrorism all over the world. All of these prophecies are available on the website for free.

They discuss the suppression of the Billy Meier material. We’ve been warned and no one is paying attention and that’s why these things are now facing us.

Michael asks Mr. Horn about the last time he actually spoke with Billy Meier, which was May 28, 2017. Meier was told that Hillary Clinton would never become president, and that Donald Trump would. He couldn’t talk about that publicly for fear that Trump would be could get elected. Also, after 2020, the U.S. would cease being a superpower. Horn says the same mentality that’s attacking Trump is what he was referring to at the beginning of the show.
Talk then turns to the game of politics. Michael reminds us that he doesn’t have a dog in the fight. He loves this country very much and he doesn’t identify with either side. The globalists, the Jewish Mafia, the “dark order,” the Zionists, the Christians, the Cabal, the powerful families. The power-hungry elite, Horn says, don’t care about the consequences of power-hunger. If Hillary Clinton were president right now, we’d be in a nuclear war with Russia. All of this is in the Meier prophecies.

Michael brings up the Kennedy assassination, Jeffrey Epstein, Felix Sater, and the concept of “birds of a feather,” and how Donald Trump fits into all of this.

They discuss Darryl Anka channeling Bashar, the schizophrenia of channelers, and Christine Day who claims to channel the Pleiadians, which Mr. Horn refutes. Shucking and jiving.

Then Horn argues that there is no such thing as paranormal.

Michael brings up the film, Extraordinary: The Stan Romanek Story, which is now available on Netflix. Can people be framed for child pornography? They recall the gray at the window and how all of this ties into Roswell. Or does it? Horn says our genetic material is now “crap.” Why would anyone want our emotional characteristics?

The Plejarens have given Billy Meier specific information. But oh no, Stan Romanek has an alien at his window. Horn argues that people don’t want to think, they want to be entertained and scared. A quick course in reality and priorities. He urges us to start now.

Michael asks Mr. Horn about the recently discovered mummy in Peru. Horn talks about the origin of the Nazca Lines and Michael tells us how his grandmother used to watch Jaime Maussan on TV.

Mr. Horn wraps up by reading a 1987 prophecy and then a 1989 prophecy, which both foretell the coming World Trade Center attacks of 911. He then reads a letter in which Billy Meier seems to know a lot about the CIA and says 911 was allowed to happen. Horn said he asked Meier what hit the Pentagon on 911. Hear what he had to say about that and what brought down the twin towers. Michael then brings up the recent deathbed confession by CIA agent Malcolm Howard about what happened to Building 7 on 911.

Horn reminds us that scientifically, Meier has never been wrong. There was a man known as Emmanuel who was a contactee of the Plejarens… we’ll talk about this next time. Mr. Horn ends the interview on a positive note. During the break, Michael plays a voicemail message that was left by a first time caller who claims he couldn’t get through.
