Understandably, you're worried about Myke. Watching too much of Fox News and other news outlets can be stressful and anxiety-inducing. It's important to take breaks from watching the news and to relax and focus on other things. Not many people realize that it was designed to cause anxiety fear and ongoing emotional reactions. I don't speak for him, but I know he will be alright.
